Release 3.3 Overview

Release 3.3 delivered the end-to-end integration between the FTS Platform and dossier-api, deployed to production on 30 March 2026. This release replaces fragmented address and parcel lookups with a single, comprehensive intelligence pipeline - the largest engineering initiative since platform inception.

1. Dossier-API Integration - Single /api/insights endpoint replaces multiple fragmented lookups for parcel data, title status, SPEAR milestones, and planning information
2. Address Discovery Overhaul - Rebuilt autocomplete with Lot on Street (proposed parcels), relevance sorting, and dossier-api parallel resolution
3. Title Status Enrichment - Automated resolution from Vicmap parcel registration data and SPEAR lifecycle signals, with title date and predicted title date population
4. SPEAR Milestone Sync - Milestone timeline with SOC date extraction, predicted title date calculation (SOC + 28 days), and SPEAR cache integration
5. Bulk Enrichment Command - Console command to update title status for all untitled/TBA projects using the same dossier-api endpoint as the browser
6. Dashboard Datagrids - Unified all datagrids onto vanilla-datatables with combined column layouts
7. Typography Refresh - Small caps on table headers, form labels, tab labels, section headings, and action buttons
8. Light/Dark Mode - EasyAdmin theme toggle with light as default
9. Auth0 Releases Portal - Releases site migrated from static export with hardcoded credentials to Auth0-authenticated Next.js server
