Unified datagrids and typography modernisation

Overview

Dashboard datagrids have been unified onto a single library with modernised typography and light/dark mode support across the admin portal.

What Changed

Unified Datagrids

All dashboard datagrids migrated to vanilla-datatables
Consistent sorting, pagination, and filtering behaviour across all tables

Combined Columns

Address + Project Type combined into a single column
Client + Division combined into a single column
User fullname + email combined into Contact Details column
Renamed Address column to Project on index page

Small Caps Typography

Small caps applied to table headers, form labels, tab labels, section headings, action bar buttons, and dropdown menus
Consistent typographic hierarchy across the portal

Light/Dark Mode

Light/dark mode toggle enabled for EasyAdmin
Default colour scheme set to light
Dark mode fixes: white backgrounds on tables/cards, logo inversion, CSS selector corrections

Project title layout refinements with keyline separators and action button alignment

Impact

Cleaner, more compact dashboard layouts with consistent typography and theme support across the admin portal.
