What Was Delivered

• Fix issue with all checklist items appearing as free text There was a change that made all checklist items as freetext. We need to revert it back now however, since some time has passed since the requirement change, it will need some attention.

• Divisions not appearing We broke the system! This job was intended to be processed as a re-assessment however we think we broke it as Gio mistakenly selected FTS- Vic Office from the outset instead of selecting Metricon - there doesn't seem to be the capacity to retrospectively change the division?

• He then attempted to change the division and it broke, not only not allowing a change to division button further processing which stopped any next steps.

• It was here that we also discovered that the checklist item Value was not linking and driving to the Project details page nor the RFI items in the re-assessment window.

• PDF Assessment and Checklist Data needs to sync Guys we need to drive these items into the Project Details page as well as the FTS PDF assessment - we have spoken about this before. Same with the attachment below for BOE and Protection works please. The checklist responses drives both locations.

• Add Title Milestone Status to projects and checklist items Please add new cell to project details page as illustrated.

• please add cell and link to title status options in checklist item sources

• Make it a manual selection drop down

• eventually SPEAR data and title status to be automated to populate cell unless you can do that now?

• FIX: All checklist item sources are free text

• Go to "Project Settings" > "Checklist Item Sources" page.
• From that page, re-update the "Mapped Project Field" in all checklist item related to PROJECT DETAILS.
• If there is no match for the "Mapped Project Field" then you need to create it.
• To create new "Mapped Project Field" go to "Project Settings" > "Project Field Options" and create ma..."* "I am not sure what else you need me to do here as we went through this in detail??"
