What Was Delivered
- Assigned Task functionality With assigned tasks- currently there is no indication on the project page as to what job & client the assigned task relates to. As well as a difficulty to navigate to said project after pressing " View" on the assigned task.
- Add the following information to the assigned task notification / task view:
- Project Client Number - The Client Job number.
- Project User Group / Divison - The user Gruop that the project belongs to.
- Created By - Who created the Task
- Link to manage the project.
Impact
Enhanced notification accuracy and delivery, ensuring stakeholders receive timely alerts on project activities.
