Do not show RFIs with Status of Completed in PDF Checklist

Architectural items not carrying to RFI tab Selected items as per image are not carrying over to RFI tab.

RFI Item not appearing under the right category in PDF Checklist. Looks like new RFIs are being added without checklist categories. Reproduce by doing the below:

Create a new project.

Open the RFI Items tab.

Click + Add new record.
-
Select Regulation 79 - Side and rear setbacks checklist item.

Fill in the rest of the form.

Click on Project Details Tab.

Change project status to In Progress - Asessement Commenced
-
Save the record.
-
It will put your project checklist in the following state:

Click on Generate Checklist.

Notice that the new RFI item is not where it is supposed to be.
