What Was Delivered

• Make adjustments to the automated notification system After discussion with the team we are suggesting Notification should occur for the following : FTS Consultants associated with the project to receive notification for the below -

1. Client submits application.
2. Client submits commence ordering
3. Client submits documents to a job at any stage of the project but only one notification should come not 1000 emails
4. Project notes No notification should occur when checklist status changes or when 100 different documents are uploaded. Project.UserGroup.Contact Users to receive notification for the below -
5. FTS complete FTS assessment
6. FTS have outstanding RFI
7. FTS apply for Permit
8. Project notes

Enhanced notification accuracy and delivery, ensuring stakeholders receive timely alerts on project activities.
