need to track ordering milestones for Eng, Energy and DA expose those to the customer, notify them that for example a DA has been rejected and what the note or task is for the customer to action - could this be done in an Orders tab???

Events that we need to track and make visible for the customer view too. We need DA ordered, DA rejected, DA received, DA resubmitted types orders which can be set up by G.

Expose to our Project details page/Oreders tab and customers (so in affect an orders TAB may be best option?)

Capability to copy and paste emails to the note connected to that particular order. EG order is DA is rejected please see email for clarity and action points…

Then how does the client get the DA rejected notification - manual via email, can we automate that response (Villar??) but the rejection to FTS will be manual via email from each DA approver and the email subject lines are different. What is the solution? Will possibly work for Energy and Engineering as they generally put the customer job number in the subject heading.

- As an FTS User I should be able to log re-submissions - where a resubmission is when an Order has been rejected and a new document is provided.
- As a Client I should be notified when an order is resubmitted.
- As an FTS User, I should be notified when an order status is set to resubmitted.
