What Was Delivered

• Set Project.CommenceOrderingOption = "Yes" when the status of the Project is set to Commence Ordering

• Ordering: Make Project.CommenceOrdering = "Yes" a mandatory value prior to saving an Order. If they attempt to create or save a project with a Commence Ordering value != “yes”, then present them with the following message: ”Commence Ordering should be set to YES prior to updating or creating orders”

• Project Orders - suggested additions and changes to... manage orders / All orders view Add the following fields to this grid:

• Ordered

• Received

• Rejected

• Expected

• Actual

• SLA Diff

• Change the description of the Edit link to Edit / View.

• Update the form to match the fields displayed in the embedded Project form

• Engineering Order Form Engineering order for Metricon.

• can we populate the engineering order form for Intrax (Vendor).

• Highlighted areas in red text and boxes in image are mandatory.

• At engineering order if boxes could come up that data is not available from front end we can populate and send to Intrax through portal.

• This would speed up the process enormously
