Ordering: Make Project.CommenceOrdering = "Yes" a mandatory value prior to saving an Order. If they attempt to create or save a project with a Commence Ordering value != “yes”, then present them with the following message: ”Commence Ordering should be set to YES prior to updating or creating orders”

can we populate the engineering order form for Intrax (Vendor).
Highlighted areas in red text and boxes in image are mandatory.
At engineering order if boxes could come up that data is not available from front end we can populate and send to Intrax through portal.
This would speed up the process enormously
