Energy Order receiving emails Energy order - BTPA is receiving emails for reject, received and updated. Only notification required is new order requested by vendor BTPA

Please have all notification sent to jobs and not to FTS consultant. Additionally, when task are delegated, please ensure they are assigned exclusively to the FTS user and there email and not sent to job.

Email templates As discussed yesterday, you are going to send me a list of required templates so we can make sure the messaging is correct. Needs to go out in the new Notifications release on Monday or when you commit it. The attached example is but one example of where our customers are getting totally generic messaging.

One email for when a customer uploads multiple documents at once. Can we work towards continuing to reduce the notifications/email noise and only send one notification for multiple documents uploads to one job at the same time please? At present one doc + one message, so 10 docs=10 messages. Ideally 10 docs= 1 message. eg.

Please add Customer to this notification Please add name of the division (example: Metricon - ABC Homes etc) to this notification

Are we able to stop notifications to Jobs when and FTS user uploads a document We were silent on this in the registry but if possible can we include please?
