Workflow Automation for Permit expected dates See image. When customer says yes to ordering, take that date and add 21 work days to that date to give us a Permit Expected date. Once that date is determined, we can push it out or pull it in but automating the date initially will assist with forecasting. Example: If project is set to yes on the 03/06/24, then the permit expected date is set to 02/07/24.
