FTS Assessment Performance report I have tried to use the filtering report in All Projects to find out how many mins it takes to complete an FTS assessment - see image. Its messy. So can I have a report with the following considerations:
- Job number
- FTS user
- Address
- SLHC - Yes or No
- Land Estate
- Job received date/time
- FTS Assessment commenced time (defined by when the FTS user opens the very first Checklist item)
- FTS Assessment Completed date
- Then calculate the minutes between the above 2 moments
- Report - Permit Expected date - change needed Issue (see image) - when we run a report for expected BP from 1 June to 30 June for expected BP’s it will pick up all jobs that are ‘Expected’ to BP in that month only - good. However If the BP expected date is in July or another month it, and the BP has been issued in June then we miss that statistic because the BP expected date was outline the date range. Note the red arrow job where Gilson Drive had an expected date of 3/7/24 but the BP was issued on 14/6. OS if I ran a report for the date range of BP expected for June only, this job would be missed. So - can we please have the report capture jobs that have BP issued & Expected in the date range selected but also the BP issued in the date range but the BP expected date may be outside the selected date range.
