• Build out Estate listing Page as per image... For every land estate we apply to for Developer Approval we would like to expand on the intel we capture. Some data you can calculate from the system. In relation to Total First time Approvals % and #

1. look for Ordered and received dates that have no other date stamp event like (rejected or resubmitted) in between - that should indicate a First time approval.
2. Calculate the total FT approvals for this estate and divide by total submissions - the can be applied to all estates as a standard reportable metric. In terms of Relevant docs to estates we would like an option to upload or link to:

• Total First Time Approvals: Count total number of Received Orders for DA vs Total number of Received Orders for DA without any recorded rejections.

• Create a 'BP Issued Report' Please produce a BP Issued report

1. All BPs issued in the date range specified
2. flexibility to have by Division and Company Fields:

• same as Building Permit Pull / Push report, but remove the Number of BP Expected Date Changes field because we don’t need it for the BP Issued report.

• Add Title Status to Commenced ordering report
