Visibility of FTS Assessment As we know the FTS Assessment accessibility on the customer view disappears when the status changes from ‘In Progress Assessment - Completed.’ This is because we then use the RFI take off process. However there is a need to be able to access the items via a PDF to share with team members such as drafting etc. At the moment we cannot do that, so can we make possible the sharing of a PDF or equivalent for RFI items please.

Record the initial unactioned FTS Asessment Checklist PDF. Create the functionality for users to download the unactioned PDF checklist. Basically, an alternate download endpoint that sets the status of all RFIs to pending prior to sending it to the PDF generator.
