What Was Delivered

• Urgent finessing of existing reports Please improve/evolve RFI report to now include the following: I need this one in a reasonable time frame please as this really formed part of the whole Falcon/BI situation…thanks for your understanding The report should be for the date range we select and the division and or company selected. Note: all other data points should remain in the report, but can be condensed.

1. Outstanding RFIs (images can be reduced to thumbnail)
2. All Project Notes  (images can be reduced to thumbnail size if needed) please show ‘date updated’ ‘subject’ of project note and 'note'
3. Ordering status for DA, ENG, and ENERGY (these obviously are already shown in the report type so please keep) OUTCOME: Ability to populate this report so we can send it to the client. If it can be downloaded into our PDF format, which presents the data more clearly, then fine but will be guided by you guys as to what you can do. Be advised that the BP Expected data outcome should mirror the RFI report outcome (b/c today permit expected) jobs from 1/10 to 31/10 result in 152 jobs forecast, but when I input the same date range, it displays 234 entries. We just need to be consistent here?
