• Executive report data Issue RE: RFI Items The RFI items still needs to be resolved as per our business instruction & report on the Incomplete status (please confirm that this is done?): When commencing orders for active projects, please ensure the following:

• If an item requested in the RFI (Request for Information) is not provided, the status of the RFI should remain as Pending.

• If an item from the RFI is provided but is incomplete or incorrect, update the RFI status to Incomplete. RE: Average weeks from commenced ordering to BP Issued Also the Average weeks from commenced ordering to BP Issued of 1.76 weeks in the attached image does not seem accurate. Please confirm that as per image the Average weeks from commenced ordering to BP Issued apples in this case only to:

• the Total Number of Commenced ordering jobs in this data set (77 jobs as per the image).

• The logic should be applied to any date range in the option list, this month, last month or a specified range. PLEASE CONFIRM ONCE ADDRESSED.

• Executive report - ability to drill into data point DAta circled on red. Can you make the option to blow this out so I can see what is being collected if needed. Happy for you to introduce it as a new Report type but it will help me help you decide what is accurate and what we need to fix.
