FTS Assessment Report - Time calcs to be resolved As discussed 5/12 - please resolve time stamp issue for the system but particularly for the FTS Assessment start time and completion time. As Guidance: Our usual KPI for completing an FTS Assessment should be between 10 mins and 45 mins maximum - anything more than this would suggest an error.
