Add building permit specific information into the Ordering panel Update Ordering Panel so that the following information is available and editable on fts user admin portal:

Building Permit Status

Buidling Permit Submitted date

Building Permit Issued date

Display the above fields as read online on the Ordering Panel in the Customer Portal

Automatically update the status and date values when the project status is set to: Pending - Permit Application Submitted and Closed - Building Permit Issued

Please reorder the Admin items, its is still incorrectly ordered.
