• Please confirm that email was sent... as discussed on phone at 6:30pm that email was sent to Metricon users when DA was received on 11/2/25. Customer alleges that: “The job was sitting for two weeks between DA approval and the metricon team uploading it. Metricon says “we never got a notification to say the DA had been approved prompting the team (metricon team) to upload it, They just checked because it had been some time and it was there – can you please look into this?”
