What Was Delivered

  • Royston has decided switch off all FTS notifications to the CEC’s. We only require the notifications to be sent to [redacted] only.Please configure, Royston email as per email from Gio to Villar that all notifications go to one address. Please provide update once done Villar

  • Is internal = true for proejct notifications

  • Priority Number 2. Tasking Tasking functionality – PRIORITY work.

  • Change Customer Project Notes to act more as a notification centre, call it ‘Notifications’

  • When a document is uploaded by a customer, a notification is sent to Notifications so we can delegate the task.

  • A Commenced Ordering notification is sent to ‘Notifications’ for task delegation by FTS Manager

  • A Change to a ‘Pending’ or ‘Incomplete’ RFI item to ‘Ready for Review’ status - a notification is sent to ‘Notifications’ so FTS Manager can delegate the task. Please make sure that this particular update notification only goes to FTS user and not the customer.

  • If a Project Note is updated, a notification is sent to ‘Notification’ so we can delegate the task. NOTE: For this to perform well for us and improve efficiency we must ensure that notifications in the Notification Centre are consolidated. For example, if 10 documents are uploaded or 5 RFIs are marked as ‘Ready to Review’ on the same project they should trigger a single notification rather than multiple. (Is this possible?) Notification messages should be standardised as follows: When a document is uploaded: "New document(s) to be reviewed" When ordering is ready to commence: "Commence ordering" When an RFI is ‘Ready for review’: RFI(s) update When a project note is updated: "Review project note" Additionally, automation should allow a maximum of 17 tasks to be assigned to each user. If each user is maxed out, then the overflow should go to Gio and Luis G.
