White Space Report - updates required The Whitespace report still doesn’t appear to be correct. Please note the very first project below (755084) you will see that in the RFI Items it appears that all Estate RFI items have been completed and if I assume that the ‘Updated’ column indicates when the item was completed then it suggests the final item has been completed on the 9/10 those items being (Estate RFIs >> Colour schedule and Estate RFIs >> Landscaping) – remember the logic should be The Estate RFI Completed Date should only appear once all Estate RFI items have been closed out/completed. Also remember that for example if FTS has a total of 20 Estate RFI items and completes 15 RFI items, leaving 5 incomplete - In this case, the whitespace report should continue to display the original Estate RFI Incomplete Date until all items are finalised/completed. Of course when the final Estate RFI item is completed show that in the cell as described above.

FTS ‘DA Re-submitted Date’ - this is the date when FTS re-submits for DA (This should be easy right?) Please proceed with this ASAP
Estate RFI Reporting (~~I am awaiting final sign off from Metricon, please HOLD THIS for 24 hours~~.) PLEASE PROCEED NOW • Incomplete - show • Completed - show When we do a re-compliance (this is the check after an FTS assessment has been completed) check Metricon wants to know if there are incomplete Estate RFI items. What we need to try and achieve is for the whitespace report to display the Estate RFI Incomplete Date. The Estate RFI Completed Date should only appear once all Estate RFI items have been closed out/completed. This ‘project type trigger’ is PAR COMMENCE. So show us incomplete and complete from this moment. For example, if a project has 20 Estate RFI items:

Since this is a Metricon project, we do not order Developer Approval until Metricon provides the trigger to proceed - reiterating the trigger is PAR COMMENCE.
When the project is marked as PAR COMMENCE for DA order, FTS reviews the project and for example closes out 15 RFI items, leaving 5 incomplete.
In this case, the whitespace report should continue to display the Estate RFI Incomplete Date until all items are finalised/completed.
Once all items are completed, the whitespace report will then display the Estate RFI Complete date along with the DA Order Date. In theory the Estate RFI complete date and DA Order date should be the same.
Expected Report for DA, Energy, Engineering and R&C After discussing with @Matthew Betts - we have decided to now create a new set of reports. Use the existing Forecast Report - XXXX structure but make the following adjustments:

FInd the entities that have the Expected Date fall within the Date Range stipulated (rather than order date)
Segment the data using Division and Company.
Create these reports for the following:
