Compliance & Checklists

Compliance & Checklists - 3 items delivered in v2.2

What Was Delivered

  • FW: FTS online system
  1. This project note was created by one of the AHB team members but somehow it says that I made the project note:

The RFI’s do not update to pending when checking a job anymore and I am individually having to go through every item and mark as pending.

  • Create a non-blocking RFI item sync feature after checking jobs from the Checklist Items tab

  • RFI Bug: Regulation 92 item auto assigned to projects Saving this for reference: Removed automatic RFI assignment to projects (commented line) This code is redundantly assigning RFIs to a project which is already done in setIsActive function

From the Chatlogs

*"Based on my initial review, the likely cause of the issue - “The RFI’s do not update to pending when checking a job anymore…” - is that the system was unable to successfully re-sync the RFI items. This can occur under the following conditions:

  1. Expired or stale user session (most common): for example, the user checks several jobs, becomes inactive for a period of time, and then returns..."* *"As part of my review of this card: [ "smartCard-inline") , the pop-up was blocking user interaction with the form. Aside from the design limitations, it also introduced a number of backend inconsistencies and was prone to bugs.

To address this, I’ve removed the “RFI out of sync” pop-up from the system. The RFI should default to Pending status when selected from the Checklist Items tab, and..."* "No incidents reported up to 25/11/25. Closing for now." "This is approved please deploy" "Moving this card up, as the update was deployed to production on 28/11/2025. So far, there have been no reported issues related to this deployment."

Impact
