Can we have 2 points of contact to receive notifications on customer side Is is possible to have a 2nd or 3rd point of contact for emails/notifications? So in affect we can have a Team Leader (Amy) in this example and a subordinate on the Customer side only?

Notifications - clarification! Please amend asap. Guys, the notifications function is literally destroying the inboxes of users. We need to urgently build this functionality please. In the interim I am turning off notifications for Metricon. Notification should occur for the following : FTS receive notification for the below -
- Client submits application.
- Client submits commence ordering
- Client submits documents to a job at any stage of the project but only one notification should come not multiple emails
- Project notes No notification should occur when checklist status changes or when many different documents are uploaded. Client receive notification for the below -
- FTS complete FTS assessment
- FTS have outstanding RFI should trigger when we click incomplete (can occur weekly for pending items to remind clients)
- Third party source ordered
- Third party source rejected
- Third party source recieved
- FTS apply for Permit
- Project notes
- Ability to filter Dashboard by client Ability to filter Dashboard by client for:
- Latest Projects with updates
- Latest notifications
- Overdue tasks Please note that we will need optionality for users to filter by more than one client for example: Metricon FTS user may want to see FastTrack, HomeSolution, Complete home etc. For the time being this will replace the OG idea in the manifest of aligning access and privileges to the individual user.
- Notifications - question We currently have one notification toggle for notification stop be sent via email. For some users (Gio+others) they receive everything and some are unnecessary and over the top filling up inboxes. See attached - do we have capability to do this? If so do you require us to map every user and outline exactly what they need notifications for?
