What Was Delivered

• NEW TYPE OF REPORT REQUIRED ASAP Forecast Report - New Type. Can I please have this in the next 48-72hrs. I want to know how many jobs have been forecast for the month following and be able determine  and track the outcomes by builder

1. For example during the final week of the month prior we need to run a report that picks up all the jobs that are ‘forecast’/Permit Expected Date to achieve Building Permit Issued status - that is on the Tuesday 26th of March, we need to know how many Building Permits are expected to fall in April.
2. In light on the above we would then require the ability to report on the status of the jobs that have been forecast to fall in April - for example  if 10 permits were expected to be achieved from April 1-10 of the month - I need to see if they have been achieved.
3. Can we also do a diff date on this type of report.

Technical Notes: Measure the difference between project.**permitExpectedDate and **project.BuildingPermitIssuedDate over a selected date range.

• Interface changes:
• Update Type field to reflect the following:
• Project Status Report (Currently Project)
• Forecast Report
• When Forecast Report is selected, change the fields to the followikng:
• Client - Provides Client Query Value
• Date Range - Provides date range for Project.PermitExpectedDate Query Value
• ANalyse
• When the Analyse button is clicked, analyse the project table to provide the following fields:
• Client
• Client Job No
• Property Address
• Permit Expected Date
• Diff
• Weeks
• Days
• Hours
• Minutes
• THe dataset should be exportable.
