What Was Delivered

• Project note email updates not functioning. Please explain the steps the system is taking to get to this point? I received an email and we haven’t actioned anything, yet it suggests that a ‘project note’ has been updated and there is no update as per the image. I suspect our clients are also getting these project note updates with not information hence what they are now getting very frustrated. Please investigate and provide a fix or immediate work around or explanation of what we need to do at our end. Thanks
