URGENT: CUSTOMER NOTE ISSUE Issue: Metricon user added a Customer Note (see attached) to an RFI item. When this happens what are the outcomes? A project note update? What were an email that we missed associated to this? We also do not know the date of which this Customer note was added. Our team directed customers to do this however without my ok as I wasn’t comfortable with what the messaging notifications would be in being able to track this function - hence this situation. Please advise what the string of events are for this item and how we can now QUICKLY discover how many of these customer notes(questions) have been proposed to us that we simply do not know about. The outcome I am looking for is a complete resolution to the notifications piece guys - we can’t seem to get the comms happening with the customers in such a way that is effective.
