• How to treat duplicate SPI/jobs Issue: One of our customers/AHB/Royston has engaged us to do an FTS assessment with a unique SPI#. We complete the assessment and data is held in System. Following this another client (Metricon) engages us to do an FTS Assessment for the Same SPI number. THIS IS NOT SO UNUSUAL as customers clients (new home buyers) will go to a few builders and shop them on price etc. Action required. We need to link the customer job number to the SPI # so we can track both FTS Assessment options and not show the subsequent customers the alert that it is existing. Once one of our customers cancels a job we will cancel in the system and continue on with the one that has progressed to Contract.
