What Was Delivered

  • Email notification for ordering status NO to be removed

  • Vendor notification only to go out when a new order is created.

  • Notification needs to show client and Job # please

  • URGENT: CUSTOMER NOTE ISSUE Issue: Metricon user added a Customer Note (see attached) to an RFI item. When this happens what are the outcomes? A project note update? What were an email that we missed associated to this? We also do not know the date of which this Customer note was added. Our team directed customers to do this however without my ok as I wasn’t comfortable with what the messaging notifications would be in being able to track this function - hence this situation. Please advise what the string of events are for this item and how we can now QUICKLY discover how many of these customer notes(questions) have been proposed to us that we simply do not know about. The outcome I am looking for is a complete resolution to the notifications piece guys - we can’t seem to get the comms happening with the customers in such a way that is effective.

  • NOTIFICATION UPDATES

  • Remove new notification system changes from bleeding edge so that it uses the existing current version. The rest of the funcitonality needs to be deployed

  • Dashboard Traffic light system

  • Changes to MyProject, MyTasks, MyOrders

  • Any other update that does not touch notifications. ENd result we’re going for here is that the notification system works exactly the same way as the current production version. But we need to deploy the other functionality outside of notfications.

  • User Notification Manager As an Admin, I should be able to manage notification preferences for users in the platform from a single index view; I should be able to toggle the notifications. This will give me granular control on what notifications my users receive and it will address the issue of noisy notifications.

  • Review all project links for customer and admin emails.
  • Project note: when creating a project note, the customer should automatically be set to the current user creating the project note.
  • The project note created / updated email should use the subject of the project note, not the subject of the email.
  • Matt to provide an updated matrix of notification preferences for all existing clients in the system. This will be used as a reference when the update is deployed to production
