What Was Delivered

  • Task DIFOT report buggy

  • EXECUTIVE REPORT EXECUTABLE BY DIVISION So we can see the individual Metricon Brands . Can I have this completed today and committed to Prod straight away

  • Produce a report to show by FTS User who submits DA and if they receive a rejection - more to come. Technical Details:

  • Record who created an Order. (CreatedBy) when an order is created.

  • Create a report called DA Submission Report.

  • The report will have the following fields:

  • Project Address.

  • Order.

  • DA Applied.

  • Creatd By.

  • Status.

  • Rejection Count.

  • Resubmission Count.

  • AHB/Royston - All date export requirement Hi All, I need this report created as soon as possible as the customer wants to upload the data into their CRM as a starting point to solve their problem. The data will need to be exportable via CSV please. Can you order the descriptions as per the attached image. I will also upload the excel for you.

  • Metricon White Space report Produce a comprehensive 'White space' Report for the customer Metricon and its divisions. Ability to view/sort data by division. The table can be small and need ability to export to CSV. Show dates and total number of days between each event shown below - use the attached image as the base report now that this image/report calculates the white space between commenced ordering and Developer Approval ordered. Show total number of days/(hours) if needed between when the Job was received to when the FTS Assessment was completed. Show total number of days between Ordering commenced and DA ordered. White space between commence ordering & DA ordered due to them not completing FTS items (how can we show total number of outstanding RFI items in this situation) Show total number of days between DA ordered and DA Rejected Show total number of days between DA rejected to DA re-ordered – (this is called ‘white space’) Show total number of days between DA Ordered to DA Received (not this is a TOTAL number and would include any rejection delays - you could bold this column) Show total number of days between DA received to BP Apply Show total number of days between Commence ordering to BP Apply

  • Developer Approval Ordered to Received - Pre Xmas to Post Xmas dates? Christmas/New Year presents a challenge for productivity and performance and it often looks like the days taken to process work increases however the calculations often do not deduct the Public Holidays as is the case in this image. Our report says 15 days from DA ordered to received however it should be 10 if we deduct Public Holidays as I see it. That being the case for the moment can we make a change for DA only ?

  • New Customer Report - required by Friday 14/2 Division based Developer Approval performance report - as per image

  • ADD new data column to Commenced Ordering report please. Please see image for further details and requirements.

  • FYI - I have also noticed that this report doesn't work as intended

  • Monthly Directors Report Incorrect Total For All Divisions The total should be in all divisions and not by tables.

  • Invoicing Filter tool @vilar The filter tool doesn’t work correctly. I know we are doing MYOB but this is important

  1. I searched an address and it didn't filter
  2. when I attempted to export a period of time worth of projects it simply exported everything.
  3. We seem to have some inconsistent reconciling of projects invoiced and reporting, can you please double check all of this?
  • Director Level - CIFOT Report For directors, provide the following report:

  • Task

  • Activity Date (created at).

  • FTS user name

  • Total number of tasks. (how many tasks allocated).

  • Total number of tasks completed: (with status: completed).

  • Total number of tasks delivered late.

  • Total number of tasks delivered completed in full on time.

  • Add a column % of tasks completed/completed in full on time.

  • Label: % of tasks completed in full on time.

  • Commenced ordered on Project details page but not in report

  • Bug: Forecast Report - Permit Expected error

  • Create a report: DA Ordered Report This measures the time difference between: Project.CommencedOrdering vs Project.DAOrdered

  • Apply datatables to executive report popup datagrid
