What Was Delivered

• ISSUE: RFI list doesn't automatically change to 'Pending' when we update a status or add an RFI. When we update the status on a checklist and add an RFI, the RFI list doesn't automatically change to "Pending." We still need to update each one manually. So can we please have this fixed.

• Images in Checklist are not paginating correctly when we export PDF - see image Please refer to Project 500532. Can we have a maximum size set so it doesn’t corrupt on the PDF?

• Checklist item drop down for estate items should only show estate items - please fix Checklist items drop down when adding estate items is still not fixed it should only show estate RFIs.

• when editing estates, lock the Checklist Item to Estate RFIs.

• Change name from 'STS CHECKLIST' to 'SALES CHECKLIST' As per image please change name from 'STS CHECKLIST' to 'SALES CHECKLIST' - straight to Prod is fine.

• Checklist Status Dropdown Improvement Checklist Status Dropdown Improvement – The status dropdown should remain static, with a dynamic color change when selecting "Yes" or "No" to provide clear progress visibility. If "No" is selected, a dropdown of related items should appear for further action.

• STS - Metricon Excl Checklist Model this requirement to similar concepts delivered in the BP QA checklist you recently completed. See Excel. Please add drop downs as required for shaded in Green. Note: the only major change that is likely is the way Column A 'requirements' are expressed. We will have these to you in the next 48-72 hours but you can absolutely use what is here in the spreadsheet to build the function. Feature this list via a new tab for all Metricon jobs. it can be next to the current BP QA list for the moment. First draft by Thursday please. Sign off by Friday or Monday 17th Latest.
