What Was Delivered

  • Facade Explorer # 2 - Making it smart! In addition to Geo-pinning the facade and address on a map can we do the following. Automate the ‘cropping/snipping’ function of the facade image called Elevation A as depicted. It could work like this:
  1. FTS receives developer approval for a Project.
  2. When the DA ordered Status is set to received - the FTS user uploads the DA stamped/approved plans to the system.
  3. When this happens train the system to ask FTS User “would you like to snip Elevation A?“.
  4. FTS user says ‘yes’ and the System via OCR reads and snips elevation A as highlight in green in the attached PDF and prompts FTS user to confirm that the image about to be saved is corrected and paginated correctly.
  5. FTS user confirms = saving image automatically. Please review and confirm if and how long this would take to build out.
  • Implement changes to invoice + purchase order system
  • Purchase Orders will be regarded as a Specific Document Type.
  • A Purchase Order field will be presented to the Customer during the creation of a Project.
  • Purchase Order Document Type becomes one of the Default Documents.
  • Purchase Order can be associated with Invoice.

Impact

Improved document handling and version control, reducing manual effort and minimising processing errors.
