• Hide original Dashboard link and redirect it to Dashboard v2

• Rename Dashboard V2 as the new Dashboard

• Restrict Management Dashboard access to matt/giovanni/luis

• Fix FTS users unable to view tasks dashboard

• Fix Dashboard v2 URL / routing

• Changes to FTS User Dashboard & Management Dashboard Draft proposal for a standard FTS User view for Dashboard. This is not the view that Giovanni, Matt and Luis will have. A new Management Dashboard will be proposed. Please advise if this type of Dashboard clean up can be created in the next sprint please. Also, where I have shown building permit status overview - we could be open to removing this entirely and asking our FTS user to use the BP report to generate this information as needed. What dependency does this wait for to be closed off. With  KUVERA STREET WERRIBEE 3030 we closed of RFI and it is still showing in report.
