What Was Delivered
- FTS User Portal: Display a confirmation when a duplicate SPI number is detected at the time of creation. Before a record is created, check to see if an identical SPI number already exists in the system. If it does, then present them with a confirmation prompt:
An identical SPI number already exists in the system. Are you sure you want to create this Project? No [ Yes ]
- Clicking No cancels the modal, does not save the record and allows the user to change the spi.
- Clicking yes saves the record.
