What Was Delivered
- Ability to respond to a task when one is assigned. Based off our discusions, this developed into a messaging system which users can reply to to start a thread. Messages can be sent by the platform or another user. The flow is noted in the diagram attached.
Technical Notes

We're going to convert notifications into system messages.

Users will be able to reply to messages given by the customer and direct them at other users.

For all system emails, set reply to to [email protected] The intended result here is that should a user REPLY to an email notification sent by the platform, then it should go to: [email protected] rather than [email protected]

Enhanced notification accuracy and delivery, ensuring stakeholders receive timely alerts on project activities.
