What Was Delivered
- Multi categorise files at once Can we provide the option to Multi-Categorise files at once to save time? i.e Select all below and categorise to CADS at once.
Technical Notes
- Change the Download Documents button at the top to Document Actions.
- Add Categorise Selected as a third option.
- When Categorise Selected is clicked, display a modal with the Category and Subcategory dropdowns with [ Cancel ] and [ Categorise ] as buttons.
- Clicking “Categorise” will update the selected Documents to use the nominated Category and Subcategory from the modal.
Impact
Improved document handling and version control, reducing manual effort and minimising processing errors.
