Release 3.2 Overview

Release 3.2 delivered 12 features and extensive stabilisation work, deployed to production in March 2026. This release focused on dashboard consolidation, ordering workflow stabilisation, DA email integration, SPEAR milestone management, sale checklist tooling, and early dossier-api groundwork.

1. Dashboard Consolidation - Promoted Dashboard V2 as the default for admin and customer portals, retired the original dashboard, added management dashboard access controls
2. DA Email Integration - Google-based DA email ingestion with automated project note creation, event date extraction, and labelling gate
3. DA Outstanding Reporting - Enhanced with delay day calculations, resubmission logic, sorting/filtering, and expired order exclusion
4. SPEAR Milestone Management - Added milestone entity, admin controller, AJAX refresh, debug flow payload modal, and SPEAR Insight Playground
5. Sale Checklist Editor - Estate-level Sale Check template management with project prefill, PDF export, default row scaffolding, and reset-to-default
6. Ordering Workflow - Division-based commencement triggers, draft order lifecycle, v3 impersonation API, hard delete for drafts, rejection reason handling
7. Project Soft Delete - Modal-based delete confirmation with impact warnings, scoped visibility ORM filter for customer portal
8. Title Status Intelligence - Auto-set from parcel data, title status source storage, refresh endpoint, address search population of predictedTitleDate and SOC date
9. Management Dashboard - Per-user access toggle, client response view-all grid, overdue deadline fixes
10. Executive Reporting - Multi-division display, CSV export with metadata headers, division/company name fixes
