Overview

Title status is now automatically determined from parcel data and dossier-api enrichment, replacing manual entry for the majority of projects.

What Changed

Auto-Set from Parcel Data

• Title status automatically set from parcel data on address selection
• Edit-triggered resync to update title status when address fields change
• Title status source payload stored for audit and debugging

Refresh & UI

• Title status source refresh endpoint for on-demand re-evaluation
• UI helper for triggering refresh from the project edit page

Address Search Population

• titleStatus, predictedTitleDate, and SOC (Statement of Compliance) date populated from address search results
• Fields prefilled immediately on address selection

Dossier Bridge Pipeline

• DossierBridgeService enrichment pipeline for parcel-level data retrieval
• Fixed dossier title status mapping and lookup timeout handling
• Null-safe guards for missing parcel context attributes
• Proposed WA (Water Authority) coordinate fallback for parcels without direct WA mapping

Bulk Tooling

• Bulk water authority fill command for backfilling existing projects

Impact

Reduced manual title status entry and improved data accuracy by deriving status directly from authoritative parcel sources via dossier-api.
