Rejection Reason Codes

Problem

When attempting to process a DA rejection, no reason codes were available for selection.

From the Chatlogs

Villar discovered the issue firsthand on Feb 10:

"I just have a DA rejection and trying to populate it on the FTS Portal. It appears no reason codes are available for this project."

Root Cause

An outdated script was referencing a deprecated "Item/Service" field, preventing reason codes from loading.

Fix

Jayrex deployed the fix:

"I've deployed the fix for reason codes not appearing. The issue was an outdated script that was locking into the old 'Item/Service' field."

Impact

Restored rejection reason visibility for order management workflows.
