Hidden Resubmit button from client view on rejected orders
Problem
When a DA was rejected, clients could see and click a "Resubmit" button in the Ordering Portal. This changed the order status to "Resubmit" on the FTS side, causing confusion for the operations team.

Fix
Mark hid the Resubmit button on rejected orders in the Ordering Portal. The resubmission workflow was preserved for FTS admin users only.
"As requested, I have hidden the Resubmit button on rejected orders. The change has already been deployed." - Mark
Impact
Prevented incorrect client-driven state changes and preserved the admin-only resubmission workflow.
